I did not have all of my service needs met.
I would have preferred to have been told initially that I would have to schedule more than one visit versus anticipating that all of my service needs would be able to be done in one day.

My only thing I would have to say is when I called and asked if the 4th tire is $1 coupon would work no one in service and parts would apply, no one could answer. After I was transferred 3 times, I hung up and called Mrs Jami Cormier who I’ve dealt with before for the financing my previous vehicles, she was prompt, quick, knew the answer. First off she took the time to take my phone call and learned of her new position. Because of people like Mrs Cormier, I will continue to come back to Hampton!!!!
