The minute I walked into the service department one of the service man came up to help even though my regular service advisor was busy. I’ve noticed a big improvement in the service department lately. They are much more attentive and time efficient than they used to be. I was very satisfied with my service experience. I recently bought a new car from your dealership ...As I am so pleased with the service I am getting at Hampton these days.

It would be much better if the driver display was left or returned to the same way it was set up when brought in. Now I have to go through the manual to figure out to set it up like it was when I bought it in. Service guys should take a photo on their phone to confirm they left it the same after service is done.

The service work done was fine, but I was asked to do several other things besides change my oil, which is the reason that I went in the first place. When you’re expecting to change your oil you don’t want to be confronted with a bill for $120.
