I would to like express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service that Steven Nelams provided. I was greeted with a smile and although there was a long line of cars waiting to be “checked in”, he was very patient and listened to my story about my daughter’s car. He went above and beyond to try to figure out two error codes that were appearing sporadically on the dash of my daughter’s car. I felt like he put himself in my shoes and was very concerned. I am very appreciative of his time and effort. I won’t hesitate to highly recommend Hampton’s service department.
