It was the last application of a paid Auto Butler. Is that any reason to do a sloppy job? The team did a basic car wash but I expected the bug guts to be removed. So now I have the reapply clear coat on top of the bug guts. Real professional. I also believe the jet heads need cleaning because it left streaks on the car. But, like I said, it is the last prepaid auto butler and probably the last reapply, period.

My advisor, Scott, was awesome! When I first arrived, I was greeted by a guy and he told me to sit and wait until an advisor came to me. While waiting, I noticed other customers arriving and getting acknowledged and I wasn’t. Every time I come for oil servicing I have this issue. I’ve had this issue since I purchased my first car with Hampton. My oil appointment was at 4 pm and I arrived a few minutes early. I ended up meeting Mr. Scott after getting out of my car to walk inside of the building to make my appointment time.
