I am extremely disappointed in the service I was provided today. I am a loyal customer, that was and would have continued my service with Hampton but will no longer do so. I live in Thibodeaux, La. and noticed my check engine light came on. We immediately called Hampton and Billy advised its best to get it checked out today around 2 in order for his technician to service it. We advised him my car is a 2017 4Runner with 34,000 miles and he stated it would be covered under warranty. We then take my daughter out of daycare, drive to thibodaux, have my mother get off early to meet us to get my daughter. Only to tell me my fuel cap was not closed all the way and I would be billed $50. I am told that auto zone run code checks for free. Yet, Hampton just charged me $50 to hook my car up to a computer to decode that a fuel cap was loose. Next time Hampton is mentioned we will let that person know of the time we rushed to Hampton only to be charged $50 for loose fuel cap.

Well they did a good job ——I was given a rental car and they fixed the battery also they showed me the copy of there diagnostics —— most of the times when you come out of the dealership one feels cheated that was not the case with Hampton Toyota ——they replaced the battery which has about 84 months of life —- overall it was a job well done —- thank you
