Service was not what was expected. May have not been what I expected the last few times with me saying everything was okay. But they stated that my drivers seat was functioning normally when it’s grinding and squeaking while moving the back forwards and backward as well as telling me other vehicles did that when they don’t. I spoke to a sales person and he didn’t see that as normal either and no other vehicles on the lot did it as they said they “tested it”. This is ridiculous and I’m tired of coming here to try to get something fix and nothing coming of it. My next visit will be me calling Toyota corporate on three with the dealership and We will be speaking together. The service man left his place at 2:30 as I’m guessing as a customer didn’t wanna tell me that he found nothing wrong with the vehicle because he knew I’d be upset and had another representative “take care” of the issues. I work for AT&T and know what it takes to get something taken care of and I will do everything in my disposal to have my vehicle fixed properly. I will not continuously spend my off days sitting there for 2 hours or more when they could have just moved the seat back and fourth and said it was okay. Wait times are absurd here. The seat is broken and have been replaced or part of it more than once. The solution would be repacking the entire seat at this point and satisfying the customer. I will write this on Facebook as well as many other social media platforms to get this resolved.
