Emmett is very professional & knowledgeable. He has excellent people skills & clearly understands costumer service expectations. However, there was a tall younger service tech at the booth beside him who made sarcastic obnoxious comments when I challenged the loaner car charge. I simply conveyed that in the 7 years I’ve worked with Mark Hampton Toyota, I’ve purchased 2 Land Cruisers at near full price, and I’ve never been charged for a loaner that I used for a total of 90 minutes & 15 miles. My point being, he requires customer service training in the worst way; otherwise, he will cause you to lose business. Just one man’s opinion!????

I’ve already sent e mail. But 4 hours & 15 min for auto butler & basic wash is crazy. Why make appointments if you are just overbooking?? 1 lady with same app’t time & same app’t plus service was done before me. And another 1 only waited 1 hour & her car was ready before mine & her app’t was 3 hours after mine! No personal service. After I inquired I got a text to say approx 30 more min. Never did anyone personally speak to me except check in & check out. Really disappointed. Been getting this service for 2 years & never had this happen.
