Hampton has a great service department. I bought my 2015 4 Runner used and the original owner purchased the 4 Runner at Hampton.

Overall great experience. Samantha Wheeler was extremely helpful and always willing to answer any questions I had. She went above and beyond to make this experience the best one possible. Mr. Charles in finance was so easy and great to work with. Very knowledgeable and made that process an absolute breeze. Vehicle was detailed, but missed most of the fender wells and one compartment on the back of the truck. This is the only part that could use a little more attention to detail. Overall extremely satisfied and excited with the service and purchase!

My car wash is never good ! They didn’t even vacuum or wipe down the back of my highlander , never do ! They actually apply the auto butler ( if they even do it at all ) over the dirt they don’t remove ! My Toyota care & auto butler is over I believe so I will take my business elsewhere ! My service advisors are always awesome , but I tell them about my car wash issues but it never changes ! It’s not that hard & I know they have all of the supplies needed to walk around that vehicle & see that all the road grim that can’t be just sprayed off & needs a little elbow grease be removed . I walk around it when I get it & remove some of it myself , then finish it when I get home ! I get the basic car wash so I guess that means whatever comes off does & the rest oh well ! Anyway y’all asked so I said ! Never changed & probably still won’t !
