Car was still dirty when they put the auto butler on. I had bugs and dirt on the hood . The service writer said Hampton runs the car through a speedy wash , and that won’t clean everything. Well I purchased two New Toyota vehicles at the same time , and purchased Two Auto Butler packages. I should have been told that Hampton puts the Auto Butler over a car that has bugs and dirt. If this is your policy than I have to except it, but I’m almost due to purchase two more vehicles.
I pads cash for the other two, I’m sure someone will want my business. As for as the Auto Butler , after these vehicles are traded in you can keep it. Thank you for your time.

I was treated like a queen today! Emmett and his team greeted me quickly explained everything that they were going to do today, as I walked through the doors to the waiting area everyone greeted me with smiles and sweet good mornings. I walked into the waiting room had a fresh cup of coffee and 2 warm cookies and sat in comfy chairs. Relaxing and enjoying the quiet down time while my car was being serviced. Emmett came in just to chat with me about my car and let me know it wouldn’t be long. Enjoyed a sweet talk with an older lady and enjoyed or coffee/cookie. No conversation about what is going on today it was refreshing???? Then a text came my car was ready. Went to the front Emmett explained what they did signed papers and he walked me to my car the gentleman outside open my door for me and started my car. Wow! Thank you!!
