My only complaint is the consistency of service workers forgetting to give my lug lock back. After each service, I have to go back and ask for it. Otherwise, staff is friendly and wait time does not exceed typical expectation for such service.

The technician most likely only soap suds the tire and did not hold it in a tub of water. That's probably why he could find the small leak that I had to fill twice in for or five days before I brought it too you. If Phill would have made him do this there was a very good chance they would have found the leak as another tire shop did for me once before with a leak very slow leak that was difficult to find. Now I'm still riding around with a slow leak as far as I know. I wish phill would have contacted the tech again to as him to tub test it. My feeling was they didn't want to interrupt the tech because his notes indicated he could not find it using the bubble, suds method.

Hampton definitely has it!! Mr Oneil was very polite and gracious. He helped me with a stalling code that another dealership kept hidden from me. Walker Toyota when I told them about it they kept me waiting for five hours and then told me that there was nothing wrong with the car and that it was MY FAULT!! Salesman told me that the computer read that I slammed my breaks and that the safety feature kicked in and that's what stopped my car. I was accused of bad driving and told to be more mindful of my driving!!! I cried and was stunned at how the service manager and salesman both were saying the same thing to me. I challenge them to show me the printout and they blew me off and insisted it was my bad driving. So Mr Granger brought confirmation and clarity. I was in the car when it stalled and was lucky it stalled at a red light. Creeps. It is not right to do people that way. I was also able to attain a diagnostic printout which brought even more clarity to other issues with my car. I regret not coming to Hampton Toyota to buy my car. Lesson learned. Thank you Hampton Toyota. I apologize for my strong frustration and irritation. It has been two weeks since I got my car and I have been very unhappy. Thanks again, Jacqueline B
