I enjoyed my wait also but PLEASE monitor the waiting room for continued cleanliness!!! Some visitors leave the area they sit in messy!!!

I received a call the next day after service(which was nice to follow up), she asked if everything was fine, I told her yes.
Well previous oil change they (hampton) left the oil cap off which poured oil all over the engine bay, I was pretty upset, so this last oil change I brought it in, and I was told it was gonna get cleaned up. Gave you guys the benefit of the doubt, and trusted that it was cleaned.
I work in west Texas, and left this morning(5/28/2020) to head back to work. Stopped a few hours into the drive, and noticed burning oil smell. Popped the hood and honestly was surprised. The engine bay doesn’t appear to be much cleaner than what it was when I dropped it off. I have pictures of before, and I have some of it now. And the fact I have a truck with less than 25k miles smelling as if I have a 20year old truck burning oil is pretty disappointing.
I’m not a person to freak out, or get mad.
This just honestly is really upsetting. I take pride in my truck, and I bought this Toyota to last.
I will be in contact again sometime within the next few days if I have time to talk.

Yes i was satisfied until i got in my car where they took things out my arn rest and just left it on my passenger seat and left the trash i had in the bag all over the floor i would like to know why it was left like dat and what reason they went thur my things like that..THERE WAS NO REASON FOR THAT.

Truly exceptional care! Byron, my service advisor, went above and beyond. I had two damaged tires due to road hazards. He made sure every step was taken to take care of my service needs. Byron made the process of repairing my tires and made sure my truck was back on the road as soon as possible.
