It hasn't been 30 days and I've had multiple problems starting this vehicle. Waited two hours to have the problem looked at. Mr. Richard told me nothing was wrong, but the next morning the exact same thing happened. The service department did nothing for me and made me regret purchasing the warranty.

I had to call to see if my vehicle was ready for pick up today. When I called, the department said that my service adviser left for the day. He told the staff that I would pick up my vehicle on Monday which was false. I dropped off my vehicle at 5:00 on Friday for a service appointment scheduled for Saturday not Monday. I had to call service at noon on Saturday to see if my vehicle was ready.
I have experienced excellent service with Hampton. I was not pleased with the service adviser throwing the blame on me stating that my appointment was scheduled for Monday.

Got my truck cleaned before the auto butler. When my vehicle was picked up. My rims were still dirty,had bugs still on the wind shield and bugs on my grill on the front of my truck. I paid about $30 to get my truck clean. I felt my vehicle was rushed

The service was great, but I feel like it is hard to trust the recommendations given to me. I just changed my engine air filter approximately 8 months ago and was told it is dirty and I might have to change it within the next visit or two.
