AC in my truck isn’t cooking right. Dealership claims they couldn’t duplicate the problem. As soon as my wife got in my truck to leave she called me and said it wasn’t working right. I tried calling the service dept around 515 and nobody answered. Very disappointed that the dealership claims that couldn’t find any issue and the problem wasn’t resolved, but that’s becoming the norm with Hampton

As usual service was good and quick, but got discouraged when I asked if they were done changing the oil also with the tire rotation. This is when the service manager informed me that they didn’t change the oil but every 10,000 miles on my vehicle.When I purchased my 2019 Tundra 4x4, the service manager told me that the 4x4’s got oil changes every five thousand miles and scheduled my first service date. I’ve been bringing it every 5000 miles, today was my 15,000 mile service and just got notified of this matter concerning something about the serial number of the vehicles is how they distinguish the oil changes in the 4x4’s, so my oil didn’t get changed but every 10,000 miles. I’m not that mad about the situation because I know that with the synthetic oil it doesn’t have to be changed as often which is good on my part. The idea is if something were to have gone wrong with my truck due to the oil, I’d probably been arguing with someone for no reason because I wasn’t informed of this matter which I don’t like being left in the cold when I spend this much money on a vehicle. I like the dealer ship to be honest with me from the date of my purchase. Thanks again for the great service and I’ll be back for my next service visit

Parts department ordered my parts put under wrong name and address. Was told they were in and scheduled app for 3:00 pm 6/3/2020. Brought vehicle in waited an hr just to be told the parts,department ordered the wrong color handle and beszel and didn't check. color. SO SCOTT ORDERED ANOTHER ,WAITING TO RECEIVE AND RESCHEDULE INSTALLATION.
