Had an appointment to change the oil and rotate tires for 11 and worse on time . Also had a recall to reprogram BSMS. It took service four hours to accomplish task. Upon leaving in my vehicle, my autoplay my navigation system and my display programming on cluster was not working. The dealership is 50 miles round-trip from my home. When I bought this vehicle, the salesman sat there and programmed all of the information in my truck. I am 73 years old and do not know how to do this and I am very dissatisfied with the services I received yesterday.
