Leslie is always so helpful and attentive and responsive. I love working with her! Even though I was frustrated with the situation, I absolutely recognize that it was not her fault and she handled it like a pro and did everything she could to help.

I asked her to have the mechanic tighten screws from work done the month before. Instead I was told I needed an additional 2300 dollars of work on my car when I just had $3500 done last month. I refused and asked to speak to the manager. The manager scheduled for me to return. In conclusion, the foreman tightened the screws, etc to solve the problem…just as I had originally requested.
