My wife went without me for a recall cap and auto butler. She did not receive auto butler and was told by Trent that the brakes were in the red zone. When questioned about it due to having brakes done less than two years ago he informed my wife it was due to driver error and hard braking. He rolled his eyes and scoffed before turning his back when she became upset. Supervisor was made aware but did not intervene until my wife called back after car was returned and she had left. She did say that a kind and professional man named Patrick did help her and that without him she's not sure what she would have done
