After being notified of my phone number being incorrect in the system, it was not changed. I was not notified when my vehicle was ready,though they again had recorded my number incorrectly (but hadn't noticed as the service department hadn't reached out to me. I had to call twice to find out my vehicle was ready, 4 hours after I I dropped it off with an estimated 1 hour time frame.

I don't have any problem with the AutoButler application. The exterior of the car was spotless. The interior cleaning not so much. The interior just needed vacuuming, dashboard wiped down and some spot cleaning on the console. Not sure if the console was touched and the dashboard was a quick wipe down. It was better than before but definitely what I expected. I won't have the interior cleaned next time AutoButler is applied.
