I just want to start off by saying I wasn’t completely unhappy about the visit today, it was simply about the long wait time.
Ms Donna was spectacular, and couldn’t have done any better. The only problem was that it took what I felt like was way too long to change a single tire. It took right at about 3 hours from drop off to checkout. Maybe that’s normal, or perhaps there were extenuating circumstances that I wasn’t privy to, but it certainly wasn’t how I was hoping to spend the Friday afternoon.
The wait aside, everything else was great, Hampton service is great, and I’ll always be back for my service needs, I just hope that next time I maybe don’t have to stay for so long. :) Happy 4th!
