We brought our vehicle back for service and when we initially bought out vehicle we noticed a pretty big dent on the roof and we were promised that when we brought it in to get the paint inspection done that it would be addressed at that time. We'll of course everyone caught amnesia and said they had no idea that the dent was there and that they would not assume responsibility. I would appreciate any help you can give me to resolve this issue. Thanks

From my arrival until my departure the experience at Hampton was pleasant. Carise welcomed me upon my arrival and escorted me to the waiting lounge. When my vehicle was ready for me she escorted me to the check out area. I was very pleased with my experience at your dealership.

I was early for my appointment but that wasn’t an issue. They said it would take about 90 minutes but my car was ready in 45 minutes while I waited in waiting area. They had coffee, cookies, bottled water, etc for the clients. Everyone was helpful and informative. That’s why my daughter and her husband purchased a car from Hampton in the spring.
