Service is fast, Carice was very friendly and answered all our questions. The only draw back was back glass was not opened and cleaned.

When I scheduled I was unaware there was an option for shuttle service / rental car. Steven informed me as soon as I arrived, and I was able to use the shuttle to return to pick up my car (I had made arrangements to be picked up since I did not know!)

Took 4 people to schedule appointment including one person who said it wasn’t her job to schedule service, so no sure why I was given to her,and one who told me I was rude when I was clearly frustrated and then told me they were busy. Since phone calls are recorded you can listen to them to confirm. Then when I got to dealership for my appointment I was waved from inside to meet service advisor. Usually I’m met at my car. VERY disappointed since I have only been there a few times and service is poor.
