Steven’s service was fine, but no one told Steven that I had arrived. He was busy when I got there; so I checked in with the lady who sits next to his counter. She never told me her name,’but she also never let Steven know I was there. An entire hour went by before Steven was aware that I was there and my car had been sitting there. Once Steven knew I was there, service was great. The lady at the counter is definitely not a team player and makes Hampton’s Service Department look bad.

I told my husband and Hampton that I wanted an OIL CHANGE and my FREE BUTLER. She apparently asked my husband if he wanted a basic plus and my husband said that never happened but EVEN IF IT DID, why did she ask him for a basic plus!? The card I received in the mail says BASIC FOR $16.00. She proceeded to go with a BASIC PLUS anyway and my husband had to go back, after you guys never called me, and told me that the oil change was NOT done but the butler was. He had to go back home and wait until 4:00 PM to get my car! My appointment was for 10:00 AM! I told her and brought my card I received in the mail and she told me that she asked my husband. Well I proceeded to say why didn't you call me to ask me but yet you called me to ask me if I needed anything else done to my vehicle AFTER THE FACT that my husband told y'all I needed an oil change when he brought the car for a butler. He also called Mitsubishis and they told him he had a wash and go butler and oil changed scheduled! I told the lady at the front desk this will NEVER happen again. My husband worked there for months and it was horrible! He even knew that a butler was NOT a basic plus! Get it together!
