Service was fine. Trying to a Schedule? Took over four phone calls. Your service department transfers every call before finding out what the customer needs, it is exhausting. Transferred multiple times to the parts department who had no idea why a customer would be calling. Service department should call parts or order parts then call the customer back instead of sending me on a wild goose hunt to get my recall fixed.
