It appears to be leaking oil from the drain plug after my oil change and a portion of the skid plate is hanging from beneath my vehicle. I contacted the dealership at approximately 3:20 PM on Saturday and spoke with Jamie. I will be bringing my vehicle back in on Monday morning.

Your in house service is exceptional. Where you outsourced the heated seats are terrible. They wire directly to the battery and it has killed my battery 4 times. Very easy to accidentally switch on because of where they mount the switches. I know that it is damaging my battery and I have no recourse to fix the problem. I have had to disconnect their wiring myself so now I have no heated seats for which I paid for. I do not think I’ll be using your dealership in the future. Larry M Graffeo.

I brought in my vehicle in for routine oil change at 7:45. At 3pm vehicle was not done. This was due to a recall on the vehicle. I appreciate them taking care of that issue. A call telling me that they were doing a recall would be nice. I received no text updates even though set up. This is not an issue with The ticket writer. This is a Toyota issue. Another dealership issue is when returning, I spoke to the guy who checked me in but he transfer me to another ticket writer who had taken my vehicle. I think regardless of who has the ticket, anyone should assist me with picking up my vehicle. I work for a bank. We can not tell a customer to go to someone else if we are busy. We all help out.
