I’m am so glad I opened my hood after the oil change. The oil fill cap was not replaced on my oil fill tube. It was sitting on top of the fuse box . This could have been a bad situation as I travel a lot on the interstates!

The representative with whom I spoke was courteous, friendly and helpful. She told me that the work may take a while, up to two hours and that I could make myself comfortable in the waiting room. I was surprised by the amenities there and how well equipped the waiting room was. To my surprise, the workers did not take long with my vehicle either. It was a very positive experience for me.
