Phillip is an exemplary service personnel I brought my car in Saturday to see if I needed it tended to (alternator). He set my mind at ease. I mentioned that my car needed maintenance. He immediately scheduled me for Monday along with scheduled auto butler. I plan to ask for him personally on my next visit.

Drove 50 min here after making an appointment for 10am to get an alignment…waited around in laffy for 5 hours just to find out they couldn’t even do it that day. This was my 5th time going somewhere to get a simple alignment done and probably the worst experience of them all. Seems like there isn’t any good service out there no matter where I go. Very disappointed.

My service rep was good but it took two hours for an oil change. I was comfortable in the lounge area with free Wi-Fi and coffee. Mr Hampton even came through greeting everyone. The only other complaint was that salespeople would come to the service waiting area to take personal calls. Seemed odd. I will be back but will think twice about coming in for basic service.
