Leslie has been very diligent and on her job with my vehicle. It’s not a good thing that my vehicle has been in the shop 4 times since purchase and I’ve only made 3 payments, but Leslie makes sure the repairs get done.

The service department used water to look for a leak, wet my carpet to the point of pooling water on my front floor boards, did not tell me and sent me home. When I called them about this I was told to open up the truck use blowers to dry it out it could take a day or two. Everyone I spoke to attempted to make this sound like a normal thing and that I should have expected it. I am mechanically inclined and this is absolutely unacceptable and I am livid. I called to speak to four different people yesterday I was told I would be called back I followed up 2 hours later when I did not receive a call back was told the same thing and here we are the next day and I'm about to start my phone calls to the office again. The lack of ability to handle this situation or willingness to speak to me is insane. Customer service is beyond pathetic. This is not the first issue I've had with Hampton, I guess I'm a slow learner. I think it's quite funny that you'll charge me to flood my floorboards and then now I have to come home take apart my truck to dry it. At my expense and time.

Trent was absolutely amazing. 12/10 for service. He was very attentive, and very thorough. When I got to Hampton, my online apt didn’t go through to their system, but he took me anyway and set up a shuttle to bring me to work. When I came back to get my car he had the paper work ready for me to sign. I was in and out within 5 minutes because he was so organized. Next time I come, I’m asking for Trent!
