I purchased a honda through Toyota March 2023 as a young first time buyer. I service my vehicle with Toyota because I purchased my car here. This is the SECOND time that I get an oil change and I leave without the “maintenance request” notice on my dashboard being reset. Ms. Dudsley is always so welcoming I went to her to let her know of this she was on the phone and asked Phillip Richard if he could go to complete the task. He said he doesn’t know honda’s. So she got off of the phone to assist me herself. I asked her how did she do this she kindly showed me but I also recall a time where my tires were serviced and my tire light didnt go off I am taught all of this which is fine but I AM PAYING TOYOTA $120 not myself. The company sells different brands of cars wasnt fair to me to be treated like that by Phillip Richard… I am a paying customer if the staff cant accommodate me maybe I should go to Community Honda Ohh thats right warranty is with Toyota. Definitely put a bad taste in my mouth.

All we get is apologize s and excuses. It is time for us to switch to a new dealership. I wouldn't recommend no one to Hampton in fact I would tell them about how terrible the service is. I am a lady and I know my vehicles. We had been dealing with Hampton for sometime but it's time to move on.
