Carice, Phillip, and Beth were very attentive to my concerns. They listened carefully, responded positively and respectfully. I walked away very satisfied. Kudos to Jaime and Wilberth for their efforts as well.

Randal went above my expectations as far as service goes. This was my first visit to service my car and he explained everything. He even had my car pulled into the bay because it was raining so hard so I didn’t get soaked. I really appreciated his communication and updates throughout the process. Would be nice if a wash and vacuum was included in each service but I’m definitely not complaining.

I stopped in to have an undercarriage guard fixed with a couple of clips. I guess I had knocked it off parking earlier in the week, not sure. it started making noise on the interstate as I traveled for work. Your service advisor was exceptionally polite and understanding, I was in a bind as I had time constraints to make a meeting at noon. The necessary repairs were made very quickly and at and acceptable price. I am very grateful for your quick assistance and courtesy .
