What was the point of that If I ended up with grumpy. Arrived at 815 appt.930am completed at 1050 am car now t cleaned inside. Will had a coutrtisy driver give me ride home and called me when the car was completed and again had the driver pick my up when the car was ready. He called me to notify me tell me that the car needed a new cabin filter. I told him to go ahead and replace the cabin filter. Will was very professional doing his job.
