Worst experience I have ever had at this Honda, and unfortunately it isn’t my first. The representative lacked empathy and understanding when I explained my concerns about my 1 year old battery leaking battery acid and how that is a serious hazard. He said that the diagnostic was that the battery was not defective when it clearly was. The representative implied that I wanted him to falsify the documentation regarding the battery test when I was merely trying to explain that no battery should be in the conditions mine was after only one year. Although three other tests were run, of which the third came back as it being a faulty battery needing replacement, the attitude with which Juan approached me made me feel as though my knowledge and input was inferior to his. Once my battery was replaced, Juan called to tell me my car would be getting a wash and that that would take about 20-30 minutes. I saw my car parked in the parking lot after those said 20 minutes and was left waiting. I waited an additional 20-25 minutes and received no notification that my vehicle was ready so I walked to my car to ensure it was washed before approaching the advisor to get my keys. It is ridiculous to have waited that long and to not even be notified that my car was ready. When I told Juan this he said “I told you we were going to wash your car” and when I told him I had been watching my car sit there for 20-25 minutes already DONE he said he didn’t have anyone to get me my car. He decided to change his excuse as to why I was not notified while waiting for my car for an extra amount of time. Time is valuable but my time was not respected. My battery had warranty as it was only one year old, but to be told by Juan that the only way I was going to get another battery was to purchase another one is ridiculous. Had I not purchased my battery at this Honda location with the 3 year warranty (and the 100 months) I would never step foot in this Honda again.

This time taking my car in was a mess. I requested the technicians to look at a noise my car was making. When I was called about the vehicle being ready to be picked up at 3:30-4, the tech didn’t even let me know that the service center closed at 5 so when I went to go pick up my car, the technician was already gone and didn’t even tell me what was worked on on my car. When he was inputting the service, it seems like he didn’t even input the right service so now I don’t even know if they looked at the issue that I brought the car in for. The technician didn’t provide any updates, just left my paperwork for the sales team to handle, no call to update or anything. On top of that, when taking in my vehicle, the tech input the completely wrong address. When I received my papers from picking up my vehicle, it wasn’t even for my car, it had someone else’s name on it and address which is a big breach of privacy for that person. I have not had issues like this before at the service center and I’m extremely bummed because I am a very loyal customer to Honda cars of corona but it seems that the quality of service has gone down since Spreen has taken over. I will say when I called back to understand what was done to my car, Juan was extremely helpful and apologetic but Gabriel just seemed like he had no clue what he was doing and I honestly wouldn’t trust him with my vehicle because now my car spent all Sunday at the dealer getting worked on and now I have to take it back because of this mishap.

No not satisfied, my honda clarity was crashed and honda can never get two issues wrong with my clarity that have been going on for more 18 months ev battery not charging to capacity 47 miles & computer software will not allow gas tank to get full to manufacturers specifications which about 325 miles in only getting 270 miles to a full tank. And travel 107 miles daily for my job from eastvale, ca. To Torrance, ca. Not happy on the customer service received poor rating.
