I was surprised Spreen’s service was open on Sunday so immediately scheduled an appointment and listed my concerns. Accord was overheating and possibly brakes needed. Disappointed when Travis told me Sunday services were for oil changes and simple jobs. He did not have a full compliment of mechanics on Sunday. Travis was very concerned with our situation and needs and said he would do what he could. Travis made it work! The mechanic diagnosed the overheating problem and said the had the time and parts to do all brakes! My Accord was completed within the time promised. Travis went above and beyond to meet “this” customer’s needs. Thanks Travis!!!
