I didn't get a courtesy wash because they didn't have time cuz my car wasn't really ready till after 7pm & I guess the guys that do the washing went home.

I felt I was a racist target! The rep. Dennis was Very Rude and didn't offer the car wash to me. Even lied when asked about it. I reported to the assistant Manager, already called back twice, and am still waiting to hear back from the manager.
