I will never book a Sunday appointment again. You have far too few service staff. It took 45 min of just sitting in my car just to even make it to get my vehicle selected. Also, having an 8 am appointment was completely useless when you only allow two technicians to service the line of people. I was still there for nearly 2.5 hours for an oil change and that’s not including the time I had to wait just to get my vehicle checked-in. It’s not the technician’s fault at all. It’s the way the dear ship staffs their technicians on Sundays. Never again.

They were so short staffed for Memorial Day Sunday weekend but Gabriel went above and beyond with my service and great customer service. He even had to go run the car wash by himself! If there was an option to give him free coffee or breakfast I’d 100% back it up!
