I was very grateful to speak with the manager that is helping me fix my 2022 Honda Civic Sport. It was just very sad how rude and unprofessional my service guy Gabriel is. He had very smart remarks on certain questions I asked and I can tell he can careless to help me with my vehicle. All the other workers were soo helpful and sweet from the manager and other guys in service center. I don’t quite understand why Gabriel is very rude to myself but overall I’m glad that everyone else is helping me resolve these issues with my new car. Very much appreciated.
