Jason was friendly and helpful. Your service department was super busy with many people there at the time of my scheduled appointment. The wait time was 2 and a half hours. The wait time was long for A1 scheduled maintenance. However, given the amount of customers there, your service team in back must have been working triple time and still able to give quality service.Jason's kindness, attention to detail and ready smile helped so much to make the service experience pleasant.
