My only complaint is that it took 4 1/2 hours to change the oil, rotate tires and install a new battery. I had an appointment and arrived promptly at 10:00. There was no one in the staging/consultation area, so it didn’t appear to be overly busy. After 4 hours and getting no update, I finally inquired about the status of my vehicle. Half an hour later it was ready.
