This morning at 7: 10 am. Arthur Jr. Faulk, was the service person that helped. I told him I want to change the oil, and asked how much is going to be, Art said, $ 46. While he was writing the invoice I told him to check the D green light. He said, maybe the transmission is having problems. He said. “Sign Here”
I looked the invoice and he was charging $ 184.95. I asked why you are charging so much, I just wanted to change the oil ? He said, “We are going to check the lights” I told him just to do the inspection they always do. Arthur was not happy.
I went to the dealer around 1:00 pm. The car was not ready. I asked Art why it is taking so long, he said that I did not have an appointment and he was very busy. When the lady called us to pay for the service she gave me the invoice and I asked her for the Multi Point Inspection, she didn’t have it and told me to ask Arthur. So I went and asked for the Inspection Report and Arthur said , “We did not do it, we are busy. After that him and other men where writing the inspection report. Today was not the best day to get service . Thanks for asking! Have a wonderful day
