I came into the dealership to get my light fixed toward the end of closing. I didn’t want to have to come back the next day to pick up my car. John was super helpful and was able to complete the work on my car the same day. I was very appreciative of him finding someone on his staff to quickly work on my car and delivere it same day.

I do not think they looked at the problem,they were more we worried about the air pressure in the tires. There is an electric problem in the emergency system that needs looked at is there a obd11 system in that car that is what needs to be looked at to see if there is any codes in there. It still has the same problem.....

Vivian was good but i came on for an oil change, battery check and tire rotation. My tires were not rotated when i came to pick up the vehicle, I told Vivian immediately as she was exiting my car. This happened previously with wife's car on january 28th, tire with slow leak still same location noticed 2 weeks after service.
This visit,Technician claimed he changed it so i showed him a picture of the front tire with ding on the rim where i also wiped dust from to stand out. He then stated the back tire was 7mm and the from was 8mm, paperwork says all tires 8mm. Vivian had him rotate it. 15 fumming minutes later i was in my car.
I don't like getting charged for something and not have it done. If I don't need it, refund me.
On previous visit ro 729192 tag 1620 I could have got free rotation at the place of purchase but asked for it here, and paid for it out of convenience

Driver side interior door was very dirty. Yonic was great. But I will need to find time to bring it back in to get the fabric cleaned on the door. The last time I picked it up from being serviced there was a oil stain on the drivers seat that they just removed at this service. But Yonic was great to work with. He keep me informed on the progress of my repairs
