I am 90% satisfied with my last visit. Vivian was so helpful and friendly to the customers. I needed help for a drive and she tried to help. However, the waiting time took about an hour for the Honda driver to be arrived at my location. If this could be improved then everything would be perfect. I will be back for my next service!!

Here is a copy of the email I sent to Don Churchill yesterday. So far, no response. Hello Don, I was at the dealership yesterday and dropped off my car (Honda civic) and got my paperwork printed at 9:32 am. Immediately, I told the service advisor, that I needed a shuttle. She made out a ticket and told me they will call me from the waiting room. After about 20 to 30 minutes I asked again, and I was told he was not here yet. I asked one more time, and I asked again again at 10:35am and it was around this time the shuttle showed up. I showed the service my estimate printout time and time on my phone. They offererd to give me a ride at that point (a little over an hour), but I had already called someone to pick me around 10:30a because there was no time or estimate given on how long it would take. It was not busy this whole time in the service area. The service advisor or manager should be able to contact the shuttle driver and ask them them their location and how long it would be. Please let the service advisors know that this is not good customer service. Also, if you can help to resolve this from happening again. Thank you, Amritpal S. Grewal ****-****-xxxx
