Two hours wait time for a scheduled oil change is not acceptable. Also, my service advisor Jason Torres sold me on a service (replace differential fluid) at 10k when it is already part of my flexible maintenance program at 15k. He proceeded to blame the computer and offered no apology for attempting to charge me for it.
