Paul Gonzalez was very unprofessional from start to finish. I’m not sure if he had a bad day personally or something but he kept rolling his eyes at me whenever I asked a question or wanted some explanations. I had my power steering pump installed about a month and a half ago but it kept leaking, I had to bring it in 3 times in 3 weeks and just wanted to find out if the mechanics able to figure out what was causing the issues. I wanted to see where the high pressure hose was so I asked Paul, he rolled his eyes and said he’s not a mechanic but he can read me the notes on the paper. Like really? Ok whatever. I left and of course car is leaking fluids again. Will come see Ron tomorrow. Ron seems more professional.

Very dissatisfied, not two but three times he told me no shuttle service pick up when I asked him, service was very slow and took longer than expected for a shuttle service to become avilable. Service advisor kept pushing two unneeded services that weren't necessary. When the oil change was finished the advisor never reached out to me and to tell me my car was finished, I had to contact the service desk hours later to check to see if the service was finished.also when picking up my couldn't find it was blocked by another car had to be moved by another service advisor. Not coming back this dealer because of yonic bello.
