Disappointed this visit. Asked my service rep if tire rotations are included in the maintenance package I purchased. I was told no but that they would include it with today's service. Before leaving I review my vehicles report card with the service rep and was told my tires were rotated. I go home and find out they were not.
Before I dropped off my car I took note of a specific tire to compare after. It did not move. I felt cheated so I called. I left a message. I called back and was placed in hold for ~20 minutes. So, I decided to drive back. Another service rep helps me and I explain my situation. He tells me my maintenance package includes tire rotations and that my tires were most likely not rotated because of how they are wearing down. An explanation that would have been useful before leaving.
The frustration comes being told my maintenance package doesn't include tire rotations, being told that my tires were rotated when they were not, and being placed on hold for so long.
I still am a fan of this dealership but this experience was disappointing.
Anyways, thank you for the overall cumulative positive experiences.

My advisor was young and less experienced than my previous advisors Not really friendly, may be did not have enough sleep. His speech and explanations were not really cleared. When my car was ready, it was a young lady who asked someone else to fetch my car. No one went over my inspection paper. It did mention that two of my tires were red. Does this mean I need a pair of new tires? Anyway, I am just used to someone more experience. I am sure he will get better with time.

Ron was great he had a huge smile on his face and was very quick to answer any questions I thought for a second that he might have been taking some happy pills because he was so smiley but it turns out he just knows how to provide great customer service. I will definitely ask for Ron again. He even took the time to park my truck away from all the other vehicles after it was done so no one would scratch it or put a door ding in it I really appreciate that.

That day we was just came back from our trip California. The way back home to Las Vegas the just has the problem with the sound of air leaking can’t speed it up. We had been gone for about 22 mile from you guy location. I need to drive back to the corona Honda location . When I park my car I just fell save and the guy name Alac Stephenson just walk in to me and ask me few questions, he take me to fill out some information.after that I just waiting. He came back to me almost an hour.hetold me you car have be already to drive home . OMG! In my mind this guy he just help we out a lot because my daughter need to have very important day for her school next day in the morning and we are so tired from the trip.
