Worst experience every! let's start with a couple weeks ago when I dropped my car off with the same service advisor. I dropped my car off at 1:45 in the afternoon. On the phone I was told if I dropped my car off by 2 p.m. I would have it back the same day. I waited hours and no one called me back and then at 6 in the evening I called and they said that my service advisor went home for the day and that he never left any note saying that my car needed to be ready that same day. when I asked if they diagnosed the problem yet they said they were having so many issues trying to figure out what the problem was that they needed to hook it up overnight. obviously they were lying because I went in and said I believe it's the relay fan from what I read on Google. It's really not that hard of a problem even I could figure that out and I know nothing about cars. if I had known that they have no intention of even doing a diagnostic or trying to fix it that same day I never would have taken it there because I had a prior engagement and I needed my vehicle.So I ended up taking my car back and deciding to come back a different day. So the second time they came in which was this most recent experience I dropped my car off at 7:45 in the morning. I told him that it was either an issue with the relay fan or the radiator fan. I also let the service advisor know that the brakes were slipping from time to time as well. when I told him about the brakes he was already standing up away from the computer and said that he would make sure he would tell the mechanics in the back the second problem. I knew in my head it would be an issue because I didn't see him typing anything about the second problem but if he said he would do it then I I was going to just give him the benefit of the doubt. So I was told I'd be given a call when they diagnosed the problem. By 12pm I still hadn't heard anything and called and of course unable to get a hold of my service advisor. I called at least six or seven times and kept being transferred to a voicemail. Finally the receptionist that answered the call I told her that I needed to speak with a supervisor because it was now going on 3 in the afternoon. After I threatened to speak with a supervisor then magically I got a call back from my service advisor 15 mins later. So from 7:45 in the morning to 3 p.m. it took that amount of time for them to figure out what was wrong with my car which was a simple relay fan replacement issue which is exactly what I told them I thought the issue was when I dropped it off that morning. Then when the service advisor called me back he started the conversation by saying that he never told me the previous time that my car would be ready the same day which is an absolute lie. I told him he was lying on the phone and also reminded him that I was told that if my car was dropped off before 2 p.m. that I would have it the same day he told me that's not how it is but it doesn't matter because it's here now. Yeah very professional Gilbert. Then when he called he told me what the issue was and mentioned nothing of the brakes. I had to bring it up and told him that I told the other service advisor from that morning I believe his name was Derek that the brakes would slip from time to time and that I've noticed that he did not write it in the computer but he assured me that he would talk to the mechanic which obviously now I know did not happen. Gilbert said oh well it's probably because you have some sensor on your dashboard on which is why it's probably happening. well guess what Honda cars of Corona I'm not going off of a probably I want to know what was wrong with the brakes. So I told him that that I didn't want him guessing I wanted him to have it looked at by the mechanic in the back which is what I had requested that morning. He called me back a few minutes later and said I thought it was some problem with the brakes which I can't remember off the top of my head what it was. The thing is that I'd asked for it to be looked at that morning and it wasn't. when I brought it up to Gilbert he was just trying to go off of a guess and didn't want to bother to speak with the mechanic until I kept pressing him on it. Let's just say my last two experiences with Honda cars of Corona has been absolutely horrible. I will make sure I tell all of my friends, family, and posts on all of my social media about how terrible you guys treat your customers there. I will also make sure that I post on all of the community pages and the moms of Corona page that has thousands of members about my terrible experience so that people are aware. And lastly I happen to work and an office where I work with the community and my customers are all the community of corona-norco in eastvale. so please believe that I will be making sure that I share with them the terrible experience as well. Hope this feedback gets into the right hands and you guys change your practices and learn to have better customer service. if I ever do business here again in the future I will make sure that I never have Gilbert assist me. EVER!!!!! Hope you guys put better training into place for your service advisors. Thank you and Have a blessed day.

Gilbert is great in customer service and showing empathy to customers. I bought my car at your company and never have I met an employee who knows how to communicate and talk to customers, knows what customer service is all about and really extend his willingness to help me today . I hope that you can make him as a role model to all your service staff . He’s a good presentation of your company. Thanks waited for 15 minutes to be taken care of today . Service staff kept on passing me by and excuses as to why they couldn’t attend to me. But as soon as Gilbert was done with his customer, he immediately took care of me . I was going to leave and wrote a letter to the owner of the poor service I received at first. Good thing Gilbert was there to take care of my business.

I was satisfied with the Yonic who assisted me. He did a great a job getting me in and out! My only concern was I requested to not have my car washed because I had recently had bodywork and my car painted. So I asked for NO car wash and Yonic indicated it on the work order but no one made the effort to read it and my car was washed! Yonic did his job... who didn’t do theirs?
