Gilbert was great. He was helpful and concerned that the issues were repaired on my car. The belt and tensioner were replaced, but after driving away for a few minutes, the noise retuned. I drove back to the dealership and Gilbert heard it, but by the time he had driven it back to the mechanic, the noise had stopped again. I'm going to try to bring it back again tomorrow so the mechanic can hear it. It's an intermittent problem and just starts and stops at random times. Gilbert is concerned that they figure out what's going on. I appreciate him and his help.

Experience was awful, after dropping the vehicle Alec called my son for a second tire that had a nail on an area that wasn’t fixable. Never called me which I’m the owner and I appear on the primary phone the only time Alec called me to let me know my car was ready. I told him he sounded like a robot and I didn’t understand what he was talking about.
I got there to pick up my car, wanted to see what they were talking about and to show me the tire which they wouldn’t let me see. Alleged tire was thrown away early in the morning 5 o clock to be exact.
You don’t treat a customer like that especially if I’m paying for a professional service, makes me want to go to a different dealer for service.
