Eric was Amazing at a time when I really amazing...as my car would not start without a jump. I had to get a jump every time I turned it off.
I had a wedding to attend that day and missing it due to car issues was Not an option.
I Jumped started by car..went to wedding..then as the couple were taking pictures I got another jump, drove to dealership and got there just before closing. Eric took care of problem and had me back to wedding in time for the reception..I truly cant thank him enough. Signed a very satisfied customer

This was my first time coming to Honda cars of corona. First of all, not all your members are on the same page as all the employees. I was told a certain price in terms for service over the phone and once I got to the dealership it was said to me the service members are not apptitude enough to know what is going on in the service at the dealership. Next thing is that once my car had the oil change done, the oil percentage wasn’t reset to 100% and neither was I provided a sticker stating when my next oil change is. This is not acceptable as I expect more out of a Honda dealership. I will no longer be returning to this place since the people aren’t trained enough.

My service advisor yonic was very curious there was six people waiting in line before me. he knew my place in line and attended to me. he escorted me to his desk and promptly served me. He did all this with a smile offer us water and said our vehicle would be shortly done. He stated the proposed wait time would be an hour and it was an hour and a half. very courteous text me and instructed me to see the cashier with a smile. my car washed and he open and close the door for me as I left.Top Notch service great experience.
