Yonic Bello did a great job regarding the repairs needed on my 2011 Honda. He is very courteous and respectful. I will request him to be my service advisor in the future.

There was no one watching the ervice drive-up part. I didn't know where to go inside or who to ask. Everyone was busy with "own thing".
Car wasn't ready by 7 and I wasn't called so I could come later. There was a long delay getting the car when we arrived another 30 minutes later. I didn't get anything verifying that the warranty ignitor was now installed. Who's in charge?
Nobody seemed too concerned about customers.

When I dropped off my car the customer service was great. However when I picked up my car the service was not so great. When I picked up my car from the service dept, I stood there with my receipt in hand for 5 minutes before anyone knowledged me. The service guy looked at my receipt and said "oh, you have the red Honda in the front, can get it yourself"? I said okay. Went to my car. I began to drive off and notice my dash had the oil maintance message. I tried to clear it but could not. I went back to the dealership and was ignored for another 5 minutes. The same service guy finally knowledge me. I told him my issue and ask him to reset the dash, please. He seemed uninterested but said okay. We went to my car and he messed around for a minute or two and reset the dashboard. He made me feel like I was a bothering him. I hope my next visit to the dealership, he's not the person assisting me.
