I’m not sure why you schedule appointments when you still have to wait in line to see the service advisor upon arrival. There should be an appointment line and one for those who just show up. My appointment was for 8:30 am and my car was finally taken in around 9:10ish. I was finally done after noon...this is crazy for a simple oil change in a brand new car. This was our first time bringing our car here after our purchase in June, and I am not so sure I will bring it back for future services.

She was very friendly and assured me that she’d get my car in good shape again. My new 2019 accord for some reason had the brake light on stating that the brake system wasn’t working. Vivian took my worries away, had my car checked and cleared to go.

Terrible customer service, does not listen to the customer, cuts you off, rude and disrespectful. Definitely, not up to the standards I am used to at Honda Cars of Corona.

Vivían was absolutely great! She went out of her way to make sure all my questions were answered and kept a very positive and upbeat personality, even though it was late in the evening. I really appreciate her help. Everyone there was very friendly!

Your representative asked me if I wanted to use the credit plan for my service. HE NEVER DISCLOSED THAT YHERE IS A FOWN PAYMENT DUE ON DAY OF SERVICE. He only showed me the three different amounts and time frames if repayment. He also never said that my payment would be an ACH. Considering that I let him know I only had so much money I pay that day he should have realized there would be an issue. So I agreed to do $1000 in repairs to my car based on the information was given to me. I used to be a very loyal customer and even bought a few cars from you and always did my services with you. I was wronged by a different service coordinator there and to my business elsewhere for several years. Out of convenience I tried you guys again and now have been misinformed and now you are losing my business again. Your service guys need to know to let customers know all the really important facts about the terms of financing repairs. I’m very disappointed in your establishment and my car is making noises that it didn’t before. I used to refer people to go to corona but I won’t be referring anyone there again and will instead warn them. Your guy didn’t even try to right the situation. He just stood there like a deer in headlights. He should have at least tried to get me a supervisor or something, but nope. Again I’m so very deeply disappointed in your dealership.
