I normally take my Honda Pilot for service at the moss bros Honda of Moreno Valley and decide to bring it to your location just because is close to my work, I asked for oil change and new battery which they did, pay $208 and went home on Friday November 22, by Sunday drove the pilot and sounded like lack of power later that day I check oil and found that it was over filled and by Wednesday November 27 I call the service dept and ask to speak to the manager he suggested to bring it back, so I took the pilot today December 05, 2019 and Erick tejida helped me he was able to change oil and called me at my cellphone and said that I need an alternator cause the battery light came out and I rejected repairs, I went and pick up my pilot and we started and light wasn’t there. Drove it home and is a noise that comes from motor and it getting annoying. I don’t get it how come just a regular oil change giving me this nightmare, my pilot previously sounded perfectly and now it doesn’t sound good at all.
