I’m questioning whether the work done on my car was actually needed. Although the gentleman who assisted was helpful, I’m not certain the work done was needed. I question that not the interaction with the associate.

No issue with your employees. No issue with the service representative who assisted me. I do have an issue with waiting 3 hours for an oil change! Furthermore, we had an 8:30 am appointment and it still took 3 hours. Your service department appears disorganized. When I go to Toyota for our Tacoma if you have an appointment then you wait in the appoint line only and it’s never taken more than 45 min for an oil change—-even with 3x the amount of customers. I was advised your dealership gives “appointments” merely to guarantee you will be seen and has no bearing on wait time. That’s a terrible business management plan when it comes to customer service! And, it’s unacceptable. I also left you 2 stars on google. You need to change how you do this. Thank you.

Alec was helpful. However I was quoted 1:45-2hrs for the service but it took 2:44. Additionally when the car was returned to me it was missing the hub caps. 10 minutes after leaving, my tire pressure light came on. I called Alec and he was able to walk me through the TPMS calibration. It seems that the technician that worked on my car was not a very detailed individual and im hoping the calibration, hub cap and length of times were all that I have to worry about. It just concerns me if that was what I saw, what didn't I see that was completed in a sloppy fashon.

Marina was fantastic! For one its really great to have a FEMALE service tech! Way to get up w the times, HC of C!!!!
