Art was excellent. I was a little stressed after sting from Murrieta and he took the time to calm me down. He explained what they would be doing, and made sure I was familiar with the waiting room. He also made sure I could find the coffee. I am very happy that I purchased the maintenance package from your dealership. It is worth the drive from Murrieta.
